For over 30 years, the Columbia County Youth Bureau and Youth Advisory Board have proudly recognized and celebrated the achievements of Columbia County high school seniors with the Louis A. Pierro Youth of the Year Leadership Award. This prestigious award honors students for their academic excellence, significant contributions to their school and community, and outstanding leadership qualities. Similarly, the Richard Tracy Leadership Award has been presented to a junior high student demonstrating the same attributes.
