Phase One Status
We have reviewed all projects with Architect and Construction team to submit all required documents to NYSED for approval. Everything for Phase one was received by SED on March 4, 2024. SED has three review processes for phase one of our project, Architectural Review, Engineering Review, then Financial Review.
Architectural Review – Completed
Engineering Review – Completed.
Financial Review – Completed.
The District is now putting all projects in Phase One out to bid. We anticipate to be able to start projects in the Spring of 2025.
We plan to build the playground with the community and will be looking for volunteers to help. More information with be provided as we get closer to Spring.

- Average time for final architectural review will be about 14-16 weeks.
- The next architectural review will be 23-1971. It was logged into the review system on 05/13/24.
- Engineering Review:
- Average time for final engineering review will be about 26-28 weeks.
- The next engineering review will be 23-1506. It was logged into the review system on 02/16/24.
