Homeschool/Homebound Instruction
Homeschool – Instruction provided by parent, gaurdian, or other non-school based instructor. Reporting provided to Questar BOCES.
For further information regarding the Homeschool process, please see;
Homebound Instruction – Instruction provided by school for student illness and or injury prohibiting them from attending in person.
To submit a request for Homebound Instruction;
- Formal signed letter indicating illness and / or injury and why the student cannot attend the school in person. Please indicate start date and how long Homebound Instruction is anticipated to continue.
- Medical documentation from the students Doctor indicating official diagnosis and recommendation for Homebound Instruction.
- Signed and dated Mutual Release of Information
